Laurel Creek Park Models are built to the ANSI 119.5 building code. This building code is administered and enforced by RPTIA (Industry Association). The code requires the home meets certain building standards which includes extensive safety, structural, and functionality requirements. Respected park model manufactures build to this code yet it is not a requirement, so look for the label when purchasing your next park model.
