Laurel Creek Homes was formed in 2005 by four well known manufactured housing industry executives who saw a need for higher standards in construction quality, customer service, accountability and warranty service.
Unlike some of our peers in the manufactured housing business, Laurel Creek accepts full responsibility for every unit it ships. We assign field representatives to oversee the installation process. We conduct walk-through inspections to orient the customer to their new home and to ensure that it fully meets their expectations. And we provide effective, ongoing warranty support.
Laurel Creek is financially stable and growing. Our 243,000-square foot manufacturing plant in Phoenix, staffed by nearly 200 employees, is the largest of its kind in the western United States. And our factory built homes and service are winning accolades from consumers, dealers and industry trade journals and professional associations. (Click here for product and service testimonials)
Laurel Creek’s co-founders include Bill Blandin, a former president of Cavco Industries Inc. in Phoenix; Bryon Blandin, a former senior executive from Western American Housing, a Tucson-based company that bought, refurbished and resold manufactured homes that had been foreclosed upon; Al Townsend, the largest Cavco retailer in southern Arizona; and Wen Hargis, a former vice president and general manager of Cavco, who managed the company’s park model design and construction for 18 years.
