In addition to the many standard features a Laurel Creek park model comes with, you have the opportunity to personalize your park model by selecting from the hundreds of published options. In the event that you don’t see an option you must have in your park model or you want to customize your own park model floor plan, Laurel Creek Homes can accommodate. With our in-house engineering team Laurel Creek has the ability to meet your needs.
A Laurel Creek park model is built to last and we stand behind our homes by offering the most comprehensive park model home warranty in the industry. Your new park model comes standard with our “Customer Care” Program along with a 10 year structural warranty. All Laurel Creek park model homes are built to meet ANSI 119.4 code and carry the RPTIA seal.
